These terms apply to your use of the Kochiyo Multicuisine Halal Restaurant website, reservations, inquiries, and restaurant services.
Last updated: May 23, 2026Reservations submitted through the website are requests. A reservation is confirmed only after the restaurant contacts you by phone or another appropriate method. We may be unable to accept a reservation if details are incorrect, we cannot reach you, or seats are unavailable.
Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a booking. For large parties, private use, course menus, or special orders, cancellation charges or actual costs may apply when explained in advance. If you arrive late without notice, we may release the table.
Menus, prices, service hours, photos, availability, and ingredients may change without notice. Photos on the website are for reference. Current in-store information takes priority for prices, tax, and service details.
We provide halal-friendly menu items, but guests with allergies or strict dietary requirements must inform staff before ordering. Because multiple ingredients are handled in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace cross-contact.
Please do not disturb other guests or staff, engage in unsafe behavior, take unauthorized photos where inappropriate, interfere with operations, or violate laws. We may refuse entry or service when necessary for safe restaurant operation.
Text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to the restaurant or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, modification, commercial use, improper form submissions, unauthorized access, or interference with site operation is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages caused by website interruption, display errors, communication issues, third-party services, or incorrect information entered by guests, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
We may update these terms when laws, services, or restaurant operations change. Updated terms apply from the time they are posted on this website.
